Job summary

Northside Hospital seeks an experienced ICU Manager to oversee daily patient care operations across designated units. You will exercise independent judgment in budget, personnel, and clinical programs with 24-hour accountability for the area.

Requirements include a BSN with 5+ years of nursing experience and at least 2 years in supervision; strong communication skills are essential. A Master’s in Nursing is preferred, with additional clinical specialty experience valued.

Qualifications

• Required: BSN in Nursing and a minimum of five (5) years nursing experience, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory or managerial capacity; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Preferred: Master's degree in Nursing.
• Preferred: Two (2) years clinical experience in specialty area.
