Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Integrated Marketing based in the United States.

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that connect product messaging, customer insights, and ideal customer profiles with measurable business outcomes. You will transform product positioning and content strategies into coordinated programs across paid media, account-based marketing (ABM), email nurture, webinars, podcasts, and other digital and partner channels. As a people leader, you will guide marketing contributors, strengthen collaboration, and build scalable processes that improve campaign execution. Working closely with Product Marketing, Content, Sales, Creative, and Marketing Operations, you will ensure consistent messaging throughout the buyer journey. You will use performance data, attribution, and experimentation to optimize investment, engagement, and pipeline contribution. This is an opportunity to shape go-to-market strategy, influence cross-functional decisions, and help a growing B2B SaaS organization deliver impactful, customer-focused marketing programs.

Accountabilities
  • Develop integrated campaign strategy: Own the quarterly campaign roadmap, aligning marketing initiatives with product narratives, ideal customer profiles, market priorities, and pipeline objectives.
  • Translate strategy into execution: Develop comprehensive campaign briefs covering target audiences, customer insights, messaging, offers, channel selection, buyer journeys, success metrics, and follow-up activities.
  • Coordinate end-to-end campaigns: Lead programs from planning and production through launch, optimization, and retrospective, ensuring paid, owned, outbound, and field marketing activities reinforce one another.
  • Lead and develop the marketing team: Manage, mentor, and coach contributors across paid performance marketing and lifecycle or customer communications. Establish clear priorities, accountability, decision-making processes, and a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
  • Improve marketing operations: Build scalable processes for campaign planning, briefing, production, reviews, and cross-functional coordination to increase efficiency, execution quality, and visibility.
  • Measure performance and optimize results: Oversee reporting on engagement, pipeline contribution, conversion, and campaign efficiency. Translate performance insights into recommendations that improve future campaigns and resource allocation.
  • Strengthen attribution and funnel reporting: Partner with Marketing Operations, Sales, and Revenue Operations to develop reliable measurement frameworks, audience insights, attribution practices, and funnel reporting.
  • Drive experimentation and continuous improvement: Establish test-and-learn plans with clear hypotheses, success criteria, and decisions about which initiatives to scale, refine, or discontinue.
  • Integrate account-based marketing: Collaborate with ABM teams on strategic campaigns and targeted-account programs, incorporating account insights, personalization, and coordinated sales follow-up.
  • Build cross-functional alignment: Partner with Product Marketing and Content Marketing to maintain consistent product narratives from strategy through campaign activation and nurture. Coordinate with Brand, Creative, Field and Events, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing Operations on complex initiatives.
  • Influence go-to-market decisions: Serve as a trusted advisor on campaign strategy, channel mix, prioritization, and execution. Identify risks, dependencies, and resource requirements early, and help resolve issues that could affect delivery or business impact.
  • Represent the organization externally: Participate in relevant marketing communities, partner initiatives, and industry events when appropriate.
Requirements
  • Professional experience: At least 10 years of B2B marketing experience, including substantial responsibility for integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and nurture channels.
  • Leadership experience: At least 2 years of people management, team leadership, or significant program leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
  • B2B SaaS expertise: Experience in B2B software-as-a-service environments is strongly preferred.
  • Integrated marketing capabilities: Ability to connect product positioning, customer insights, and ideal customer profiles to cohesive campaigns and end-to-end buyer journeys.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Proven experience partnering with Product Marketing, Content Marketing, ABM, Sales, Marketing Operations, and Creative or Brand teams.
  • Analytical and commercial acumen: Strong understanding of campaign performance, funnel conversion, pipeline contribution, attribution, and marketing efficiency metrics, with the ability to turn data into actionable decisions.
  • Campaign and program management: Excellent organizational skills and experience managing complex initiatives involving multiple teams, interdependencies, resources, and deadlines.
  • Strategic planning and prioritization: Ability to balance short-term pipeline targets, customer experience, long-term brand demand, and competing business priorities.
  • Change management and process design: Experience creating operating models, workflows, and governance practices that improve accountability, clarity, and cross-functional execution.
  • Communication and influence: Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate persuasively and influence senior stakeholders across marketing and adjacent functions.
  • People leadership: Effective coaching, mentoring, and team development skills, with a commitment to building a positive, inclusive, and accountable culture.
  • Channel familiarity: Comfortable coordinating programs across paid media, lifecycle and email nurture, webinars, podcasts, review platforms, and ABM initiatives. Deep specialization in every channel is not required.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Work location: The role is remote within the United States. Candidates located in Dallas, Texas; Portland, Oregon; and San Francisco, California, will receive priority consideration.
