Your Role:
- Works with Inside Sales Representatives to ensure talent is utilizing best practices to meet/exceed sales targets
- Manages a team of 9 Inside Sales Representatives
- Manages Inside Sales Representatives including quality, compliance, and attendance
- Gather, processes, and share competitive market data with leadership and internal counterparts
- Works closely with Sales Training to develop training material for team
- Develop sales plans to meet and/or exceed set sales quota
- Ability to build and manage a sales funnel
- Responsible for monitoring calls to develop and motivate Inside Sales Representatives for attainment of sales objectives
- Works collaboratively with internal departments (Field Sales, Technical, and Marketing) to efficiently maximize utilization of resources
- Monitors and ensures call reporting in CRM
- Achieve specified sales metrics including calls and CRM activities
- Strong Coaching and Mentoring skills
- Participates in the recruiting and hiring process of new Inside Sales Representatives
Your Expertise:
- Minimum 3 year experience in full cycle sales (i.e. Account Executive, Inside Sales Rep) preferred
- Lab Diagnostics product knowledge required
- Ability to manage and lead a high performing Inside Sales Team
- Ability to self-manage
- Proven track record of success with an assigned sales quota
- Skilled in sales/negotiating/generating leads
- Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to adapt
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative in business situation
- Proficiency utilizing a CRM system
- Strong closing skills
- Solid sales presentation and communication skills both verbal and written
- Exhibit strong business acumen and ability
- Strong relationship management skills
- Results oriented
- Ability to manage conflicts and escalated issues
- Ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Experienced in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent team orientation and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Specialized sales training/certifications preferred

The annual base pay for this position is:
Min $76,000 - Max $114,000Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
