For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Industrial Controls Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will guide a specialized engineering team responsible for industrial controls implementation and sustaining support across automation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in PLCs, HMIs, and industrial control systems, along with the leadership skills needed to develop talent, set performance expectations, and strengthen execution.

This is a remote opportunity to help drive organizational effectiveness, accountability, and continuous improvement within a highly technical engineering function.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $144,000 – $211,200 annually

• 3+ years of experience leading technical engineering teams, specifically Controls Engineers
• Advanced experience with Rockwell Automation PLC platforms and HMI applications
