Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Manager, Incident Response Consulting to join a leadership team in the IT security space. This remote role will guide high-impact incident response engagements for clients facing active security events and forensic investigations.

The manager will oversee triage, scoping, and technical analysis while partnering with executives, legal counsel, and internal teams to drive effective response efforts.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in incident response or information security.
• Proven team leadership in a consulting environment.
• Strong background in computer and network forensic analysis.
• Experience with reverse engineering and malware analysis.
• Knowledge of cloud incident response methodologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Ability to work independently on technical tasks.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Incident Response Consulting to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This remote role will lead high-impact incident response consulting engagements for clients facing active security events and forensic investigations. The manager will oversee triage, scoping, and technical analysis while partnering closely with executives, legal counsel, and internal teams to guide effective response efforts. This position also plays a key role in mentoring junior analysts, strengthening investigative methods, and helping organizations improve their overall security posture.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $140,000 – $195,000 annually
