Labcorp, a global leader in laboratory services, seeks a Manager, Incentive Compensation Systems (Varicent ICM) in Durham, NC. You will own configuration, maintenance and enhancement of the Varicent ICM platform, and lead delivery with Sales Ops, Finance and HR.
You will manage data integration with Salesforce, Oracle Fusion and Workday, oversee upgrades and testing, ensure data accuracy, security and compliance, monitor performance, and coordinate with Varicent support and vendors.

Labcorp is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Incentive Compensation Systems (Varicent ICM) with accountability for Product ownership, Platform strategy, Delivery leadership, Production support, Vendor management, Team leadership, Governance and controls in Durham, NC.
Work Schedule: This is a full‑time, exempt (salaried) position assigned to a First Shift schedule, with standard business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in your time zone. Business needs may occasionally require flexibility in work hours, including earlier, later, or additional hours, with reasonable notice provided when possible. Applicants who live within 35 miles of the Durham, NC location will follow a hybrid schedule. This schedule includes a minimum of three in‑office days per week at the assigned location, supporting both collaboration and flexibility.
Lead the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of the Varicent ICM platform Partner with Sales Ops, Finance, and HR to translate business requirements into technical solutions Manage data integration between Varicent, and other enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, Workday, data warehouses, and billing systems. Oversee system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance across all compensation processes Ensure platform scalability, performance, and availability Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with Varicent support as needed
