Job summary

Take-5-Oil is seeking a Shop Manager to run a busy Take 5 Oil Change location in Mississippi. You will lead and coach a team, focus on outstanding customer service, and drive sales and shop performance.

Responsibilities include recruiting, training, scheduling, monitoring metrics, and maintaining safety and policy adherence. This is a hands-on management role with emphasis on leadership and results.
