Fast Payday Loans, Inc. is looking for a Manager in Training to work directly with customers, guiding them through financial solutions in a fast-paced environment. You will handle inbound and outbound conversations, asking follow-up questions to uncover needs and close decisions.

The role emphasizes coaching, feedback, and skill-building to develop confidence and resilience. Competitive compensation includes a monthly bonus and strong benefits. 40-hour weeks, Monday–Saturday, with Sundays off.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Pre-employment screenings completed satisfactorily.
• Reliable form of transportation and valid Driver’s License.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.

Job Scope

This is a customer-facing, performance-driven role where you will work directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them through financial solutions.

You will handle both inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and help customers make decisions- including conversations about money.

This role requires someone who is comfortable:

• handling hesitation or rejection
• making outbound calls
• staying engaged in conversations that may feel uncomfortable at times

Preferred Experience

• Customer service, sales, or collections experience
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt
• High School Diploma or equivalent
