You’ll be part of a structured training program with ongoing coaching, aiming to build confidence and sales skills. The schedule is 40 hours weekly including Saturdays, with a base hourly pay and a potential monthly bonus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.
• Reliable form of personal transportation and valid Driver’s License.

Job Scope

This is a customer-facing, performance-driven role where you will work directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them through financial solutions.

You will handle both inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and help customers make decisions—including conversations about money.

This role requires someone who is comfortable:

• asking direct questions
• handling hesitation or rejection
• making outbound calls
• staying engaged in conversations that may feel uncomfortable at times

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
