Job summary

Texas Car Title & Payday Loan Services, Inc. is seeking a customer-facing sales associate to understand customer needs and guide them through financial solutions. You will manage inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and help customers decide, including discussions about money.

The role requires comfort with objections, Saturday work, and a 40-hour work week, with coaching and performance-driven advancement opportunities. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Job Scope

This is a customer-facing, performance-driven role where you will work directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them through financial solutions.

You will handle both inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and help customers make decisions—including conversations about money.

This role requires someone who is comfortable:

• handling hesitation or rejection
• making outbound calls
• staying engaged in conversations that may feel uncomfortable at times

Preferred Experience

  Strong communication skills
  Ability to learn quickly and adapt
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings
• Reliable form of personal transportation and valid Driver’s License
• Fluent in English and Spanish a plus
