Let’s Play Soccer in Centennial, CO is hiring for a Manager in Training with a clear path to General Manager. Starting salary ranges $45,000–$54,000 and grows to $70,000–$80,000+ as you advance. You will lead the team, help with league registrations, and run daily operations at the Centennial facility.

You'll work nights and weekends, develop leadership skills through coaching and certifications, and contribute to a community-focused mission to unite players and deliver exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in sports, retail, hospitality, or operations.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• 18+ years old and able to work evenings/weekends.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn to lead the team: recruit, train, schedule, and coach with guidance from your GM.
• Support revenue growth: assist with league registration, memberships, and local partnerships.
• Run daily operations: help manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, safety, and maintenance.
• Deliver great experiences: greet players, resolve issues, and ensure guests feel valued.
• Own your growth: track progress and prepare for promotion to General Manager.

Schedule

What you bring

• - ### Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
