As a Manager in Training (MIT) at Belle Tire, you will play a key leadership role in the store, contributing to driving sales and managing daily operations of a multi-million-dollar retail business. What You'll Do
  • Develop lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing Belle Tire solutions accordingly.
  • Follow Belle Tire's Sales Process.
  • Manage cash drawer, process payments, and maintain daily cash reconciliation.
  • Direct workflow in the shop to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Follow store opening and closing procedures and handle daily paperwork.
  • Interview, onboard employees, and create work schedules.
  • Coach and develop employees to meet store and personal goals, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Oversee inventory management processes.
  • Ensure the facility is well-maintained, clean, organized, and safe.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in retail and/or automotive service environments.
  • Customer-first mindset with clear and professional communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 pounds.
Work Environment

This position is based in a tire and automotive service retail store. It involves varying work hours, Monday through Saturday, with possible overtime. The setting is fast-paced and physically demanding, including extended standing and heavy lifting.

$70,000 - $90,000 per year.
