Job summary

Pepsi MidAmerica is seeking a motivated Professional Sales Manager to lead the Mount Vernon area sales team. This role focuses on developing sales strategies, strengthening customer partnerships, and driving growth across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (4+ years of management experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)

• Ability to travel and remain active throughout the workday as business demands

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop team members.
• Create and manage employee schedules.
• Evaluate employee attendance, performance, and professional growth.
• Monitor employee training progress and coordinate ongoing development opportunities.
• Foster a positive, performance-driven team environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Store Managers and customers.
• Ensure all accounts are serviced according to Pepsi MidAmerica standards and policies.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert competitor accounts.
• Develop and maintain customer contact lists and follow-up communications.
• Meet and exceed customer service and sales expectations.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and sales agreements with customers.
• Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and service offerings.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Analyze challenges and provide effective problem-solving solutions.
• Collaborate with departments across the Pepsi MidAmerica organization.
• Represent Pepsi MidAmerica professionally and positively at all times
