Team Car Care East, LLC (US) in Bridgeton, MO is seeking a Manager in Training to grow into a Store Leader who will guide daily operations, supervise teammates, and support training programs to ensure smooth store performance.

In this role you will drive success by coaching staff, scheduling, controlling inventory and cash, and upholding attendance, safety and uniform standards while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Profit & loss responsibility experience.
• Ability to motivate and lead Teammates.
• Strong communication with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage the financial health of the store through sales, inventory and cash controls, store marketing, guest satisfaction and full P&L responsibility.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting tools and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules to ensure proper coverage and meet business needs.
• Set the example for exceptional guest service and resolve guest complaints.
• Ensure building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.
