Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube is hiring a Manager in Training in Austin, TX. This role focuses on training and supervising store teammates, overseeing on-the-job training, enforcing attendance and safety policies, and driving store success.

It offers a pathway to store leadership and growth within the company. You will gain exposure to coaching, scheduling, and performance management while contributing to guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience; automotive experience is a plus.
• Experience with and driven results for a profit and loss center.
• Ability to motivate and inspire Teammates.
• Excellent communication with guests and colleagues at all levels.
• Willingness to comply with regulatory and compliance standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage store finances, inventory controls, marketing, guest satisfaction and P&L responsibility.
• Recruit, interview and retain Teammates to build a winning team.
• Create Teammate work schedules to ensure proper coverage and business needs.
• Set example for exceptional guest service and resolve guest complaints.
• Ensure building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.

HOW YOU WILL DRIVE SUCCESS:

• Provide store-level leadership to Teammates through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage the financial health of the store through sales, proper inventory/cash controls, store-level marketing, guest satisfaction and full Profit & Loss responsibility.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting tools, sound interview techniques and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules, ensuring proper coverage and business needs are met.
• Set the example for exceptional guest service, to include appropriate resolution of guest complaints.
• Ensure the building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.

UNDER THE HOOD – WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• 3+ years of retail management experience; automotive experience is a plus.
• Must have experience with and driven results for a profit and loss center.
• Must be able to motivate and inspire Teammates.
• Communicate effectively with our guests and at all levels within the organization.
• Must be willing and able to comply with all relevant regulatory and compliance standards.
