Job summary

Hertz invites ambitious individuals to join the Manager in Training (MIT) program in Ventura, CA, to learn every facet of running a Hertz location. This hands-on training covers sales, operations, customer service, finance, fleet management, and people leadership, with a clear path to Branch Manager in 12–18 months.
