Hertz invites motivated individuals to join the Manager in Training (MIT) program in San Diego. You will engage in hands-on training across sales, operations, customer service, finance, fleet management, and people leadership to prepare you for leadership roles.

The program offers a fast track to Branch Manager within 12–18 months and a structured path to grow within a global industry leader. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with overtime and holidays as applicable.
