Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales by engaging with prospective and current members and closing sales.
• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting members and answering inquiries.
• Learn and support daily club operations including staff scheduling and cleanliness.
• Coach front-line staff to ensure team performance and Crunch standards.
• Support marketing initiatives and community outreach to grow brand awareness.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and high energy while being accountable.
• Be responsible for Sunday production and ensure operations run smoothly.
