Job summary

Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking a Manager in Training in Bastrop, TX. You will lead store teammates, coach on-the-job and computer-based training, and uphold attendance, safety, and uniform standards.

You may attend or run safety and policy meetings to drive store success and continuous development. In this role you’ll gain experience in coaching, scheduling, and performance management, while overseeing financial health and guest satisfaction with full P&L responsibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Automotive experience is a plus.
• Experience with and drive for a profit and loss center.
• Ability to motivate and inspire teammates.
• Strong communication with guests and all levels in the organization.
• Willingness to comply with regulatory and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage the store's financial health via sales, inventory and cash controls, and marketing with full P&L responsibility.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting tools and retention strategies.
• Create teammate work schedules to meet business needs.
• Set the example for guest service and resolve guest complaints.
• Ensure building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.
