Team Car Care East, LLC (US) in Austin, TX is seeking a Manager in Training to lead and train store teammates while upholding daily policies and safety standards. You will help supervise attendance, uniforms, and store operations, ensuring a smooth, productive environment.

The role offers opportunities to participate in safety and policy meetings and to develop leadership and management skills through hands-on supervision, coaching, and performance management of staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Automotive experience is a plus.
• Must have experience with and driven results for a profit and loss center.
• Must be able to motivate and inspire Teammates.
• Communicate effectively with guests and within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership to Teammates through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage the financial health of the store through sales, inventory/cash controls, store-level marketing, guest satisfaction and P&L responsibility.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting tools and sound interview techniques.
• Create Teammate work schedules, ensuring proper coverage and business needs are met.
• Set the example for exceptional guest service and resolve guest complaints.
• Ensure the building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.
