Jiffy Lube International is seeking a Manager in Training in Austin, TX to lead and develop store teammates and oversee daily operations. You will train and supervise staff, uphold attendance, safety, and uniform standards, and participate in store safety meetings.

You will drive success by coaching, scheduling, and managing the store's financial health, while fostering guest satisfaction and continuous growth opportunities inside a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Automotive experience is a plus.
• Must manage a profit and loss center and drive results.
