106 Team Car Care West, LLC is seeking a Manager in Training in Algonquin, IL to lead store teammates, oversee training programs, attendance, safety and uniform standards, and participate in safety and policy meetings.

You will drive success through coaching, scheduling, and performance management while advancing to store leadership and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience; automotive experience is a plus.
• Experience driving profitability and managing a profit & loss center.
• Ability to motivate Teammates and communicate effectively with guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership to Teammates through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage the financial health of the store through sales, inventory, cash controls and store-level marketing.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting tools and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules, ensuring proper coverage and business needs are met.
• Set the example for guest service and resolve guest complaints.
• Ensure building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.

Join our team as a Manager in Training and lead the way in training and supervising our enthusiastic store teammates! In this dynamic role, you'll dive into a variety of tasks to ensure our store operates smoothly and efficiently. From overseeing computer-based and on-the-job training to upholding essential policies like attendance, safety, and uniform standards, you'll be at the forefront of our team's success. HOW YOU WILL DRIVE SUCCESS:

• Provide store-level leadership to Teammates through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.

• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting tools, sound interview techniques and retention strategies.

• Set the example for exceptional guest service, to include appropriate resolution of guest complaints.
• Ensure the building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.

UNDER THE HOOD - WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• 3+ years of retail management experience; automotive experience is a plus.
• Must have experience with and driven results for a profit and loss center.
• Must be able to motivate and inspire Teammates.
• Communicate effectively with our guests and at all levels within the organization.
• Must be willing and able to comply with all relevant regulatory and compliance standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
