Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage the store's finances including sales, inventory and cash controls with P&L responsibility.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules to ensure proper coverage.
• Set the example for guest service and resolve complaints.
• Ensure building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.

From overseeing computer-based and on-the-job training to upholding essential policies like attendance, safety, and uniform standards, you'll be at the forefront of our team's success.
