Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube in Bellingham, WA is hiring for a Manager in Training. You will lead store teammates, oversee training, attendance, safety, and uniform standards while driving store performance and guest satisfaction.

In this role you will conduct store safety and policy meetings, participate in recruiting and developing a winning team, and contribute to continuous growth and development opportunities within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Must have experience with and driven results for a profit and loss center.
• Ability to motivate and inspire Teammates.
• Strong communication with guests and all levels.
• Must comply with regulatory and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.

In this dynamic role, you’ll dive into a variety of tasks to ensure our store operates smoothly and efficiently. From overseeing computer-based and on-the-job training to upholding essential policies like attendance, safety, and uniform standards, you’ll be at the forefront of our team’s success. HOW YOU WILL DRIVE SUCCESS:

• Provide store-level leadership to Teammates through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage the financial health of the store through sales, proper inventory/cash controls, store-level marketing, guest satisfaction and full Profit & Loss responsibility.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting tools, sound interview techniques and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules, ensuring proper coverage and business needs are met.
• Set the example for exceptional guest service, to include appropriate resolution of guest complaints.
• Ensure the building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.

UNDER THE HOOD – WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• 3+ years of retail management experience; automotive experience is a plus.
• Must have experience with and driven results for a profit and loss center.
• Must be able to motivate and inspire Teammates.
• Communicate effectively with our guests and at all levels within the organization.
• Must be willing and able to comply with all relevant regulatory and compliance standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
