Job summary

Team Car Care West, LLC is seeking a Manager in Training in San Diego to lead store teammates, supervise training, and uphold policies. You’ll drive store performance, oversee scheduling and guest satisfaction, and participate in safety and policy meetings.

You will develop leadership skills, manage day-to-day operations, and contribute to a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement, with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience; automotive experience is a plus.
• Must have experience with and drive results for a profit and loss center.
• Ability to motivate and inspire Teammates; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage the store's financial health via sales, inventory control, and cash handling.
• Lead recruiting, interviews and retention efforts to build a winning team.
• Create teammate schedules ensuring proper coverage for business needs.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns promptly.
