Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is hiring a Manager in Training at our San Diego location. This role leads store teammates through training, policy enforcement and daily operations to ensure smooth performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience; automotive experience is a plus.
• Must have experience with and driven results for a profit and loss center.
• Able to motivate and inspire teammates.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Must comply with regulatory and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage the financial health of the store through sales, inventory and cash controls, and store marketing.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting techniques and retention strategies.
• Create teammate work schedules ensuring proper coverage and business needs are met.
• Set the example for exceptional guest service and resolve guest complaints.
• Ensure building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.
