Team Car Care West, LLC, located in Madison, WI, is hiring a Manager in Training. You will lead training and supervise store teammates while enforcing attendance, safety, and uniform policies, and you may conduct or attend safety and policy meetings.

You’ll drive store success by coaching teammates, managing schedules, controlling inventory and cash, and taking full P&L responsibility to deliver guest satisfaction and strong results.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of retail management experience; automotive experience is a plus.
• Must have experience driving a profit and loss center.
• Ability to motivate Teammates and communicate effectively at all levels.
