Mo’Bettahs is looking for a hands-on leader to drive the brand daily in Utah, overseeing FOH & BOH operations, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining strong customer service. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead the execution of the brand daily

• Competent in all FOH & BOH position

• Responsible for the cleanliness of the restaurant, FOH & BOH

• Responsible for Same Store Sales growth

• Responsible for line speed to be measured using transaction times

• Serve as primary point of contact for all customer service matters and responsible foroverall customer reviews

• Handle the execution of quality food following proper procedures and Mo’Bettahsstandards

• Attend weeklymeetingwith General Manager, Off-PremiseCoordinator, and CertifiedTrainer

• Review weekly employee schedules

• Assist General Manager to complete weekly reports, self-reporting, people PAR staffingguide,Compeat, online ordering, inventory, etc.

• Have a thorough knowledge of the Mo’Bettahsculture

• Follow all company standards for health, safety, sanitation, security, andmaintainaneat and clean appearance

• Adhere to and ensure all employees follow proper policies and procedures as outlined inthe employee handbook

• Perform other duties as assigned

• Basic experience with computers,ie. Microsoft Suite, email

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Position requires qualified individuals to see,hearand speak (verbally and audibly). Required to

ascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods of time,lift upto 50 pounds,

bend,stoopand kneel. May berequiredto work outside in various weather conditions. May be

required to work on a computer for extended periods of time including viewing the screen,

using a mouse and manipulating a keyboard with hands, reaching with arms. May be asked to

driveor travel by car,airor other transportation for business purposes. Must be able to

function effectively in a fast-paced working environment. Must be able to report to work

responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state. Mustdiscloseprescribed and/or

over-the-counter pharmaceuticals that may impair or affect the ability to perform the essential

functions of the job. Natural and regular stressors occur on the job.
