Mo’ Bettahs in Wisconsin is seeking a managerial leader to drive daily brand execution across FOH and BOH. You will oversee cleanliness, staffing, and customer service while pushing for same-store sales growth and efficient line speed.

The role requires experience managing up to 40 staff, a proven record of promoting team members, and a strong commitment to Mo’Bettahs values and Hawaiian culture. Strong communication and multitasking are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Two or more years managing up to 40 team members in business or food management.
• Proven track record of promoting team members.
• Experience identifying and developing talent within a team.
• Ability to make difficult personnel decisions.
• Live by and possess the Mo’Bettahs Values.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, etc).

• Responsible for the cleanliness of the restaurant, FOH & BOH.
• Responsible for Same Store Sales growth.
• Responsible for line speed to be measured using transaction times.
• Serve as primary point of contact for all customer service matters and reviews.
• Handle the execution of quality food following Mo’Bettahs standards.
• Coordinate and lead weekly meetings with Manager in Training and other leads.
• Review weekly employee schedules.
• Complete weekly reports, self-reporting, staffing guides, online ordering, inventory, etc.
• Have a thorough knowledge of the Mo’Bettahs culture.
• Follow all company health, safety, sanitation, security standards.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Coordinate and lead weekly meetings with Manager in Training, Off-PremiseCoordinator, and Certified Trainer

• Review weekly employee schedules

• Complete weekly reports, self-reporting,peoplePAR staffing guide, complete online ordering, inventory, etc.

• Have a thorough knowledge of the Mo’Bettahsculture

• Follow all company standards for health, safety, sanitation, security, andmaintaina neat and clean appearance

• Adhere to and ensure all employees follow proper policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Be at least 18 years of age

• High school diploma or GED

• Proventrack recordof successfully promoting team members

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Base Salary - $55k - $70k

• Monthly Bonus Potential - $1,000 – Annual bonus potential $13,000

• Bonus is based on hitting targets based on store metrics

• Monthly Stay Bonus Potential - $2,250 – Annual bonus potential $29,250

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Position requires qualified individuals to see,hearand speak (verbally and audibly). Required toascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods of time,lift upto 50 pounds,bend, stoop and kneel. May berequiredto work outside in various weather conditions. May berequiredto work on a computer for extended periods of time including viewing the screen,using amouseand manipulating a keyboard with hands, reaching with arms. May be asked todrive or travel by car,airor other transportation for business purposes. Must be able tofunction effectively in a fast-paced working environment. Must be able to report to workresponsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state. Mustdiscloseprescribed and/orover-the-counter pharmaceuticals that may impair or affect the ability to perform the essentialfunctions of the job. Natural and regular stressors occur on the job.
