Role Summary

The Manager in Training (MIT) / Management Trainee program is an entry level vital steppingstone within our organization, with most of our General (Store) Managers and leaders starting as MITs. The MIT role emphasizes the importance of actively performing job duties to become proficient in all aspects of the business (see the Physical Requirements section).

Training provided and you will be cross trained in all aspects of store management and operations.

• This is an in-person job and only available physically at the specified location.
• You must be over the age of 21 to be considered for this position.

Principal Responsibilities

• Train to become proficient in all aspects of the business
• Acquire and maintain customer relationships
• Drive store sales
• Manage customer accounts

Manager in Training Requirements

Physical Requirements

• Routine lifting, loading, and moving of merchandise (50-300 pounds) using a dolly

• Prolonged periods of driving and standing
• Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor climates and weather conditions
