Job summary

Jimmy John's is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) to learn every aspect of operating a Jimmy John's store and quickly grow into a leadership role. You’ll receive hands-on coaching from experienced managers and contribute to delivering world-class customer service in a fast-paced setting.

As MIT, you will learn to manage operations, labor, inventory, and food costs while upholding quality standards and food safety. Join a fun, energetic team and advance with rapid development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous experience in food service or retail preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
