This role is customer-facing and performance-driven, handling inbound and outbound calls, staying engaged, and turning hesitation into decisions through coaching and practice. Training is structured with real-world coaching and opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Pre-employment screenings completed.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.

Job Scope

This is a customer-facing, performance-driven role where you will work directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them through financial solutions.

You will handle both inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and help customers make decisions-including conversations about money.

This role requires someone who is comfortable:

• asking direct questions
• handling hesitation or rejection
• making outbound calls
• staying engaged in conversations that may feel uncomfortable at times

Minimum Requirements
