DaVita is seeking a Sr. Manager, IKC Clinical Programs to help drive our value-based care strategy for patients with chronic kidney disease and kidney failure. This role combines strategy, operations, and innovation—offering the opportunity to contribute to transformative initiatives that directly impact patient lives.

You will play a critical role in designing, piloting, and scaling care interventions in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including clinical, analytics, operations, and product. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker transitioning from consulting or healthcare operations into a hands-on, leadership role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy: Evaluate effectiveness and scalability of initiatives, prepare markets for new care programs, collaborate across teams, organize frontline and leadership teams, design scalable solutions, and analyze current initiatives for improvement opportunities.
  • Innovation: Conduct gap analysis, evaluate new ideas, adopt iterative testing, and develop IT systems for teammates.
  • Pilots and experimentation: Develop hypotheses, lead pilot programs, perform financial modeling, communicate insights, and build consensus among stakeholders.

Travel: ~15% of the time.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years in management consulting, process engineering, investment banking, or corporate strategy; recent healthcare value-based care experience preferred.
  • Interest in healthcare delivery and patient experience.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Highly collaborative and impact-driven.
