The Manager II, Quality Engineer role sits at the heart of Quality and Process Improvement within a Distribution Center, driving measurable results through the Walmart Performance System (WPS). You’ll partner closely with Operations and Department Managers to eliminate quality losses, standardize work, and build sustainable capabilities across the network.

You’ll sweep us off our feet if you…- Have hands‑on experience leading process improvement or quality initiatives in a distribution, manufacturing, or operations environment.
- Are proficient in WPS, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
- Can analyze data, identify root causes, and translate insights into practical, scalable solutions.
- Have experience leading projects, influencing leaders, and developing associates through coaching and mentoring.
- Thrive in a fast‑paced environment and can manage multiple priorities while driving measurable results.

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $156,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Experience building and implementing a Quality Management System Knowledge and application of a functioning Quality Management System elements including Statistical Process Control, FMEA, Quality KPIs, etc, Quality Improvement experience in a Total Performance Management (or related program) environment
