Position Summary:

Regal Rexnord's Corporate IT team is seeking a proficient, professional, and energetic individual for the 'Manager II, ERP' position. This role involves managing IT associates, IT operations, stakeholder relationships, and strategic initiatives, including platform upgrades of Planning and Forecasting processes on Oracle VCP and EBS ERP systems.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle VCP modules like Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), Demantra, Inventory Optimization (version 12.2.11), as well as Oracle EBS modules like Order Management, Inventory, and Purchasing (version 12.1.3).
• Experience in manufacturing scheduling and execution systems is a plus.

Major Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Team Development: Promote company values, hire and develop talent, set goals, and conduct performance reviews.
• Functional / Technical Management: Lead solution design, development, testing, deployment, upgrades, and support on Oracle platforms.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work with global stakeholders, participate in process improvements, and ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery.
• Standards & Best Practices: Establish and follow software standards, use systematic design techniques.
• Documentation & Compliance: Guide documentation and ensure process compliance.
• Incident Management & Maintenance: Handle production incidents, perform maintenance, and automate system integrations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years supporting solutions based on Oracle VCP/EBS R12, with at least 5 full lifecycle implementations or 5+ years managing solution delivery.
• Certifications like Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or API CS (CPIM, CIRM) are preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Designing and delivering planning solutions on Oracle VCP modules.
• Managing technical solutions leveraging Oracle EBS APIs, Open Interfaces, RICEW, CEMLI, SQL, PL/SQL, and related tools.
• Knowledge of Demantra, Inventory Optimization, and supply-demand exception resolution.
• Proficiency with SQL*Plus, SQL*Loader, TOAD, PL/SQL Developer, UNIX shell scripting (desired), and Oracle AIM methodology.
• Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain modules experience is strongly desired.

Additional Details:

Travel: 3-5% during project milestones and events.

Language: English

Salary Range: $100,000-$155,000, dependent on various factors.
