Position Summary...Join Walmart's Asset Protection team in Supply Chain as a Manager 2, Asset Protection. In this role, you will safeguard assets, ensure compliance, and drive loss prevention initiatives across our supply chain network.
What you'll do...
- Lead the development and validation of reporting analyses to ensure data integrity.
- Conduct and support regulatory and internal audits to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
- Manage total loss initiatives by analyzing shrink patterns and implementing improvement programs.
- Oversee the recovery of funds from theft and customer debt, and report results to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement effective strategies.
- Supervise and develop associates, promoting belonging and continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and support the companys mission, values, and ethics.

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00-$126,000.00
Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
