The Asset Management Field Representative (“AMFR”) plays an essential role in overseeing iGPS assets. This individual will proactively manage the recovery of our assets in a given territory from pallet recyclers, plastic recyclers, ports, and out-of-network locations. The AMRF will find pallets, request pickups, and help pickup locations to get reimbursed for returned pallets. The overall goal is to find as many “out of network”/ ”stray” pallets as possible per day/month/year. This individual will be in the field 4-5 days per week tracking down pallets. Rental Car & gas, phone, laptop will be provided by iGPS

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• · Monitor data to identify when pallet returns might be available
• · Proactively reach out to locations within territory to create pallet returns
• · Visit sites within territory to build relationships and ensure pallets are being returned
• · Identify new locations within territory – build relationships and get reoccurring returns setup

· Territory Overview

• Expected to build relationships with all pallet/plastic recyclers within 200 miles
• Contact via email/phone with remaining recyclers in territory
• Travel as needed to sites where more info is required or foul play suspected

Job Qualifications:

• · Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent job experience
• · Valid Drivers License with clean driving record
• · Analytical – identify issues and create lasting solutions
• · Ability to travel within territory
• · Pallet industry experience is a plus
• · Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

• PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work is performed in a remote setting, traveling within territory daily collecting pallets that weigh 50lbs. Some overnight travel will be required (less than 20%)
