Job description

Position Purpose:

Supports implemented Identity and Access Management systems, processes, standards, and solutions. Provides in-depth business knowledge and advanced technical support to one or more business areas through developed and ad-hoc analysis/reporting, as well as designing and programming complex, new processes/reports for Identity and Access Management systems. Analyzes company functions, processes, and activities to improve computer-based business applications for the most effective use of money, materials, equipment, and people. Adheres to and participates in auditing of relevant security controls.

Responsibilities:

• Manages the implementation and operations of IAM services
• Leads and manages the design and delivery of development experiences and programs
• Manages the hiring and training of new and existing staff, conducts performance reviews, and provides leadership, technical guidance and coaching
• Manage activities for maintenance (installations of updates/upgrades, patching) of MFA systems and adjust them to stakeholder’s requirements
• Monitor the progress of MFA projects acting as a Delivery Manager and take action to meet project goals, including coordination and delegation of tasks to the respective team members
• Shares knowledge and develops staff capabilities to strengthen understanding of business issues and best practices
• Develops and communicates organizational objectives; inspires and motivates team members to achieve results
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards

Education/Experience:

Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience.

Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.

Technical Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills and In-depth knowledge of MFA best practices and industry standards.
• Experience with IAM solutions such as Ping ID, Duo, Entra ID, etc.

Pay Range: $100,900.00 - $186,800.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
