Job summary

Manager I Network Data

Location: This role requires associates to be in-office3days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

The Manager I Network Data oversees provider database staff including day-to-day training, guidance, and workflow within a state.

How you will make an impact:
  • Oversees all aspects of provider load/audit, troubleshooting, and all aspects of the provider table.
  • Serves as a liaison between all functional areas to resolve provider enrollment issues and ensure uniform and consistent data and data flow.
  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluations the performance of direct reports.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Requires a BA/BS degree in related field and a minimum of 2 years management and project management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
  • This position is part of our Wellpoint Federal division which, per CMS TDL 190275, requires foreign national applicants meet the residency requirement of living in the United States at least three of the past five years.
Preferred Experiences, Skills and Capabilities:
  • Experience within a Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) provider strongly preferred.
  • Medicare B knowledge strongly preferred.
  • Previous leadership experience strongly preferred.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $77,952 to $116,928.
