Job summary

FMI is seeking a senior BI Analyst to advance SQFI’s analytics, transforming certification, audit, customer, and financial data into actionable insights. You will own dashboards, data quality, and reporting, partnering with IT and vendors to deliver executive-ready recommendations that improve efficiency and integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years as a Business Analyst in a food safety/regulatory/audit setting.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field as listed.
• Strong experience with ERP, data integration, and reporting tools like Power BI/Tableau/SAS.
• Proven ability to document processes and manage projects using both traditional and Agile methods.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data models, pipelines, and semantic layers for analytics assets.
• Develop dashboards and reporting in Power BI; write SQL against cloud data warehouse.
• Lead data integration efforts and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Drive process improvements in audit management and data workflows.
• Provide training and support for users and ensure data quality and validation.
