Job summary

Sage Group Technologies, Inc. in Peoria, IL is seeking a Manager, Human Subject Protection to lead the HSPP program, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with IRBs and IBCs.

This role requires a bachelor in biological sciences, 5+ years in clinical research or compliance, and at least 2 years of supervision. CIP/CHRC certification is required within 12 months. Day shift with a $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of clinical research or research compliance experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience working with external IRBs and IRB processes.
• CIP or CHRC certification; must obtain within 1 year of hire if not certified.

Location: Peoria, IL

Shift: Day Shift | Monday–Friday

Schedule: 8 Hours/Day | 40 Hours/Week

Pay Rate: $40–$47/Hour

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

• Manage the Human Subject Protection Program (HSPP) and ensure compliance with research regulations and ethical standards.
• Coordinate with external Institutional Review Boards (IRBs) and Institutional Biosafety Committees (IBCs).

• Lead and support Research Compliance Analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical research or research compliance experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience working with external IRBs and knowledge of IRB processes.
• Experience conducting research compliance audits, investigations, and corrective action planning.
• Certified IRB Professional (CIP) or Certified in Healthcare Research Compliance (CHRC) certification; must obtain certification within one year of hire if not currently certified.
