Job summary

PATTERNS LLC is seeking a Manager of the Human Subject Protection Program (HSPP) for Clinical Research to oversee compliance education and program administration across our research portfolio. The role requires coordinating with external IRBs and IBCs while maintaining robust local oversight and governance.

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in a related field.
• Experience with external IRBs as relying institution and knowledge of regulatory processes.
