Job summary

This role requires a bachelor in biological sciences, 5+ years in clinical research or compliance, and at least 2 years of supervision. CIP/CHRC certification is required within 12 months. Day shift with a $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biological/Life Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical research or research compliance experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience working with external IRBs and IRB processes.
• CIP or CHRC certification; must obtain within 1 year of hire if not certified.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Human Subject Protection Program (HSPP) and ensure compliance with regulations and ethics.
• Coordinate with external Institutional Review Boards (IRBs) and Institutional Biosafety Committees (IBCs).
• Oversee clinical research compliance, monitoring, audits, investigations, and corrective action plans.
• Lead and support Research Compliance Analysts.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational policies.
