Intermountain Healthcare is seeking a Manager-Human Resources Business Partners to lead a team of HR professionals. This position involves strategic partnership with business leaders to enhance HR practices, address employee relations, and support organizational goals in a remote setting, with occasional travel required.
Job Description:
The Manager HR Business Partners leads a team of HR professionals who act as strategic partners to our business leaders, HR Centers of Expertise and other stakeholders to develop, implement, and support solutions in alignment with the organization’s People strategies.This position is remotely, but must be willing to travel as needed 2-3x per year to various Intermountain sites.
The following states are currently paused for sourcing new candidates or fornew relocation requests from current caregivers: California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington
The Manager HR Business Partners:
Additionally, the Manager HR Business Partners plans for the HRBP resources necessary for projects and initiatives, both within HR and across the organization. The manager supports HR leadership in establishing departmental strategies and adapting departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges, with a focus on driving service quality, efficiency and outcomes.
