Position Summary

The Manager will oversee a global team of HR Business Partners, managing core HR processes such as performance, engagement, and employee relations to support our rapidly growing organization.

Essential Functions
  1. Lead, coach, and develop a team of HRBPs across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with global HR strategies.
  2. Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture within the HRBP team.
  3. Provide guidance on complex HR issues, including local labor laws, compliance, and best practices.
  4. Develop, implement, and iterate on HR strategies, policies, and programs.
  5. Create data-driven, growth-oriented business cases for HR process updates.
  6. Ensure effective delivery of global performance management processes, ensuring fairness and transparency.
  7. Partner with leadership to implement performance improvement strategies.
  8. Handle grievances and violations, including disciplinary actions and litigation risk management.
  9. Guide managers and HRBPs on performance evaluations, feedback, and talent development.
  10. Support workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
  11. Stay updated on HR trends and evolve HR practices accordingly.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute HR initiatives seamlessly.
  13. Analyze HR data and metrics for informed decision-making.
  14. Contribute strategically to departmental goals related to talent attraction, development, and retention.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and goal-setting skills.
  • Experience managing a global, distributed team is preferred.
  • Business acumen combined with a focus on the human element.
  • Knowledge of applicable HR regulations in key regions.
  • Experience navigating employment challenges in the UK, US, and other regions.
  • HR certification (e.g., SPHR, GPHR) is highly recommended.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills preferred.
Experience and Credentials
  • 8+ years of HR experience in high-growth tech environments with a global workforce, including at least 5 years in a hands-on HR role with increasing responsibility.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Additional Information
  • This role is primarily remote, requiring engagement via Zoom or Teams throughout the day, mostly indoors at a home office, with occasional lifting of light objects.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $110,000 - $130,000 USD, excluding bonuses, commissions, and benefits. We value diversity and encourage applicants who may not meet every requirement but are eager to learn.
