• Serve as a consultative business partner advising on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to business unit leaders.
• Organize and facilitate Talent Review process ensuring succession planning and talent pipelining.

Compensation

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $86,600 - $144,400. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.

Base Pay Range for CO is $86,600 - $144,400.

Base Pay Range for IL is $90,900 - $151,700.

Base Pay Range for Chicago, IL is $95,300 - $158,900.

Base Pay Range for MD is $90,900 - $151,700.

Base Pay Range for NY is $95,300 - $158,900.

Base Pay Range for New York City is $103,900 - $173,300.

Base Pay Range for Rochester, NY is $86,600 - $144,400.

Base Pay Range for OH is $82,300 - $137,200.

Base Pay Range for NJ is $102,333- $163,467.

This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
