Job Opportunity: HR Operations and Services Team Lead

This role is located in Rocklin, CA. The team is hybrid and works in-office Tuesday-Thursday. Only local candidates are being considered at this time.

Role Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for leading a Human Resources Operations and Services team focused on employee background checks and security clearances.

Ideal Candidate: Candidates with experience leading background check teams and HR Operations teams are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead transformation of processes and system solutions to enhance customer support and operational efficiency.
2. Guide your team in analyzing complex, confidential, and time-sensitive data.
3. Identify system problems and seek opportunities for process and system improvements.
4. Collaborate across multiple business functions and globally to ensure team success and deliver top results.
5. Serve as a global process owner for functions you oversee.
6. Develop executive analytics, presentations, and updates.
7. Lead regional and global projects.
8. Champion customer service methods organization-wide.
9. Work globally to standardize, simplify, and automate HR operational processes and services.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience conducting thorough background checks and managing security clearances.
• Previous management experience leading teams of 7-12 analysts.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and feedback skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and resolve customer experience challenges.
• Proven ability to lead process improvements and innovations.
• Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills with internal and external partners.
• Motivated by leading teams, resolving conflicts, and making critical decisions.
