Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is seeking an experienced HRBP Manager to partner with Legal, Finance, Strategy and External Affairs. You will diagnose people needs, shape talent solutions, and influence business direction in a fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with C-suite leaders (GC, CFO, CRO) to drive talent strategy, manage performance programs, and ensure HR data integrity and regulatory compliance across supported groups.

The Manager, HRBP for Samsung Electronics America is the HR leader in support of assigned client groups. This HRBP will support Legal, Finance, Corporate Strategy, and External Affairs/Government Relations. This is a consultative role for an experienced HR Business Partner who works with the business to diagnose problems and develop people solutions that influence the direction of the business. The right candidate brings deep business fluency — understanding how revenue is generated, how margin is protected, and how the functions they support create and preserve value. This is not a role for someone who waits for the business to come to them.
