As a Manager on the Workforce Intelligence Team, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming workforce data into actionable insights that shape the future of HR and the employee experience. What you have

To ensure that we have fulfilled our promise of \"challenging the status quo\", this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree


• 5+ years in a data analytics role, ideally within HR, with an emphasis on reporting and analytics.


• Experience reporting from HR systems like Workday, iCIMS, SumTotal, or ServiceNow


• Proficiency in Excel (filters, formulas, pivot tables)

Preferred Qualifications

• Logical thinker with a knack for designing sequential processes


• Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through


• Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment


• Commitment to confidentiality and data integrity


• Passion for creating exceptional user experience


• Experience using dashboards or business intelligence tools
