A Housekeeping Manager is responsible for managing daily Housekeeping operations in the hotel's ongoing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Housekeeping Manager, you will manage daily Housekeeping operations to maintain cleanliness, service, and product quality standards of guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and banquet/meeting/conference rooms. Your responsibilities include:

• Ensuring rooms are cleaned and available to guests promptly and efficiently.
• Managing systems use, cost controls, budgeting, forecasting, and overall department profitability.
• Implementing and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Monitoring and developing team member performance through supervision, counseling, evaluations, and recognition.
• Conducting room inspections.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and training team members.
